The personalisation platform (with the exception of distributed apps) will be taken offline on Wednesday the 14th February at 0500 UTC for around 20 to 30 minutes.

During this time, our database will be moved to much more powerful hardware that will provide the platform with enough capacity to handle increasing order volumes over the next two years.

Starting from the 5th February, the downtime will be confirmed with end user facing messages displayed on both CPP, OMS and our service status page.

If there are any reasons why the 14th is inappropriate (e.g. the day of an important trade show etc.) then please let us know and another date could be chosen.
