It is now possible to force batch unbatched items using OMS v2.

However the process is a little different from v1.

  1. Go to https://oms.custom-gateway.net/v2/order-it/order-manager

  2. Click “Advanced” on the left hand side

  3. Note the “Is Fully Batched” checkbox. Click it twice so that the box is empty (no tick and no dash)

  4. Change status to “Received”

  5. Click “Hide Advanced”

  6. You should now be able to see any orders that have not yet been fully batched

  7. Select your orders and choose “Batch” from the dropdown that appears at the top of the order list

  8. The batch function will then add the order items to either existing batches or create a new onbatch.

Any order items that aren’t suitable for batching (i.e. if the order status isn’t ‘Received’ or the item has already been batched) will be ignored so its safe to use this feature on orders that may have already been fully or partially batched.
